Bio 

Alvin is a 27 year old self thaught artist practicing in figure-drawing, portraiture, abstract portraiture and abstract art. He uses a wide array of mediums ranging from charcoal, to watercolours, to acrylics and oil paints, among others. Born and raised in Botha Bothe Lipelaneng; Alvin has a studio in Maseru, where he lives and works.  This is where he explores  his art through studying live models, as well as photographs, in order to capture the complexities of human life and emotion, resulting in thought-provoking and diversely relatable pieces that appeal to a wide array of audiences. Alvin is passionate  about making art and creativity accessible throughout the country and enjoys teaching figure-drawing.
