(b. 1996, Botha-Bothe, Lesotho) is a multidisciplinary Mosotho visual artist and an art educator based in Maseru. Working across multiple mediums like charcoal, graphite, watercolor, acrylics, and oil paints, Lesoli’s practice is centered around  portraiture, figure drawing, and expressive human forms as vessels for exploring memory, continuity, and cultural identity.

Referring to his practice and visual aesthetic, Lesoli say: "I am interested in the human experience, the human expression, and the human condition, especially of a commoner especially the humble ones, the stories behind them but I never want to completely fill the entire canvas with paint, I want to leave room for interpretation, I want the viewer to complete a painting with their own lived experiences."

​Rejecting polished perfection, Lesoli’s signature aesthetic preserves the visible mechanics of creation. By leaving structural charcoal strokes, under-drawings, and unrefined edges deliberately exposed, he transforms the canvas into an open dialogue. His imagery frequently weaves deeply rooted regional motifs—such as grazing sheep symbolising pastoral heritage, youth navigating contemporary shifts, and utilitarian gumboots representing the unceasing work yet to be done. Sometimes borrowing from his own lived experiences of his Botha-Bothe upbringing with the evolving urban landscape of Maseru, Lesoli captures the raw weight of human experience, understanding identity not as a finished statement, but as an active, ongoing construction.
